About Dr. Mondragón

Dr. Francisco Mondragón is a native of San Diego. He was raised in Imperial Beach and completed his undergraduate education at SDSU. He then attended UCLA, one of the most prestigious dental schools in the nation. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1998.

At UCLA, he was one of the few to be selected to the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Senior Select Program where he treated some of the most challenging dental cases in the clinic. After graduating, Dr. Mondragón stayed at UCLA another year and completed a residency program of advanced training in general dentistry. He was then recruited to work along side prominent faculty members of UCLA and USC at a multi-specialty private office in Los Angeles. Read more

About Our Office

Dr. Mondragón is committed in providing quality dentistry to his patients in a comfortable, tranquil environment. After treatment of any acute problems, Dr. Mondragón customizes a treatment plan that will address his patient’s needs and wants.

Dr. Mondragón has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They will assist you throughout your visit, from making you feel comfortable in the dental chair to answering those sometimes difficult insurance questions. After the initial phase of treatment, patients are recalled for their cleanings every three, four, or six months depending on the severity of their gum condition.

The office has a cozy feeling and you may even enjoy some of the colorful fish in the salt water aquarium.
